I ordered this t-shirt and, in my opinion, the fabric feels really soft — nicer than I expected. It still felt comfy after washing, which I appreciated. The fit was okay, but on me it wasn’t quite perfect, so I’d give it 4 stars. Overall, I’d probably buy it again

"Refund Came Through Quickly"
I had to return an item and expected the refund to take forever, but it showed up in just a couple of days. The process wasn’t exactly perfect, but it went better than I thought it would. If this one experience is anything to go by, their returns are probably not as painful as people might expect

"Exchange worked out, just a bit slow"
I ended up getting it exchanged, so that part was fine. It just took a bit longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying since I had been checking on it between errands and normal weekday stuff. Overall it got sorted in the end, just not as quickly as I hoped...

"Fun stuff, but a bit pricey"
I do like browsing TruffleShuffle because they’ve got loads of fun retro clothes and gifts that you don’t really see everywhere else. It’s great if you’re after something a bit nostalgic or different. That said, the value for money was just okay for me. A few things felt a little pricey for what they were, especially once delivery was added on. The quality was perfectly fine though, so I wouldn’t say it was bad at all, just not quite amazing either.

"Not Worth the Hassle"
I reached out to customer service about my order and didn’t get much help. The replies felt rushed, and my actual questions weren’t really answered. After going in circles, I decided it wasn’t worth pushing any further. Frustrating experience, and I’ll be avoiding ordering from them again.

"Nice items, but postage felt high"
I was about to order a couple of bits, but once I saw the postage cost it didn’t really feel worth it. The items look nice, but the shipping just seems around a bit too much for a small order.

"Prints Comes Out Really Bad"
I was disappointed with this. The print quality are just awful, and everything comes out looking blurry and cheap. I expected it to be at least decent, but it wasn’t really usable for me.

"Looked great at first"
I was actually happy with it when it arrived — the fit was decent, the material felt fine, and the design looked really nice out of the package. I wore it once and got a few compliments too, so I thought it was going to be a good buy. Unfortunately, after the first wash, the print started cracking, which was disappointing.

"Way More Effort Than It Needed to Be"
I ordered a hoodie and when it arrived the print was dodgy. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but every reply took a few days and I ended up having to send photos twice. I did get a refund in the end, but it felt like such a waste of time and energy for something that should’ve been sorted much more easily.

"Tracking was useless"
The tracking for my order was way off and kept showing old updates. I had no idea where my parcel was or about when it was actually going to arrive. It was really annoying having to keep checking around for updates and still not getting any useful info.

"Slow dispatch was frustrating"
It took ages to dispatch, which was really annoying. I kept checking for updates, then forgetting about it, then checking again because I actually needed it. The whole wait just felt longer than it should have.

"Not really gift-worthy"

"Wrong items showed up"
My order arrived with different items than the ones I picked, which was frustrating. I feel like that’s something that should’ve been checked before it was sent out. Definitely not what I was expecting. Has anyone else had this happen with their order?

"Refund Took Too Much Chasing"

"Finally, a Package That Wasn’t Destroyed"
With how often stuff shows up dented, crushed, or looking like it got kicked across a warehouse, I was relieved this order came packaged so well. Everything was wrapped securely, no dents, no damage, nothing messed up. It actually arrived looking perfect for once. You can tell they took the time to pack it properly, which really shouldn’t feel rare, but somehow it does.

"I ordered a retro tee and the design…"
I ordered a retro tee and the design looks really close to what I remember, not like the cheap copy or something. The print feels good, and the colours are right too, which I was happy about. Only thing is the fit was a bit different than I expected, so it’s not perfect for me. But overall I’m still happy with a shirt and would buy again.
